How do I book a picnic?
It's simple to book a picnic with us! Complete the form provided on this page, and we will contact you with all the details needed to secure your date.
How far do you travel?
We offer free delivery to customers residing within a 20-mile radius of 11738. Nevertheless, we are pleased to accommodate travel requests for an extra charge.
Where will it be located?
Please provide your input! Parks, beaches, and even your own yard are all viable options. However, it is crucial to ensure that you have obtained permission to utilize the space before making any bookings.
Is food included?
Food is not provided as part of our standard picnics. We kindly request that you bring your own food or you can explore our delicious additional options available.
What if it rains?
If you require cancellation, kindly inform us at least 72 hours in advance. We will gladly assist you in rescheduling or provide you with a credit. Please note that refunds are not available.
Is it COVID safe?
Ensuring your safety is our utmost concern. Prior to your arrival, thorough cleaning is conducted, and we provide sanitizer for your convenience.
"Luxury Picnics is wonderful! I hired them to set up a happy hour picnic for my best friend’s bachelorette party, and they did everything I hoped for and more. I reached out to them last minute after a previous plan fell through, and they jumped right in to make sure I had the perfect event! Nina did an AMAZING job! She was so responsive, professional, flexible, easy to communicate with, and so creative with her table design. The night of the event, they were there to set up on time and also packed everything up at the end of the night without anyone having to lift a finger. The table was beautiful and they provided extra decor items that made the picnic setup feel so special. Everyone (including the bride) was speechless when they arrived and we got lots of great pictures! I highly recommend Luxury Picnics! Truly the best picnic company in the Hamptons :)"
